　　A student who had received suspension, after a violent incident. Appears to exhibit behaviours of laziness, but whether it’s academics or assassination, his methods are ever lively, all are of a high calibre. After experiencing a setback, his heart and mind became more mature.

　　To her, a person with Chuunibyou is supposed to see things a certain way, but because he’s doing it in a half-assed way, she’s basically calling him a half-assed Chuunibyou

　　(TN: Meiji is a food company in Japan that focused a lot on dairy products, and “Ore” is one of their brands of milk drinks. Karma’s favourite food is a reference to this.

　　The full raw text says 煮オ・レシリーズ, and while the 煮 (“ni”), meaning “simmer”/“cook”/“boil”, is a mystery, it’s possible the “ni” and “o” together form a pun on “neo”)

　　This kid is a precocious brat but he doesn’t have bad sense. Design is important but the basics of being stylish is to wear something that suits your body. His style is fairly decent but he still has room to grow.

　　(TN: The phrase that she uses is 背もまだまだ伸びそうね。This roughly translates to “It looks like his back has yet to grow.” I think she’s basically just saying that he can improve [or that he hasn’t finished puberty yet, lol])

　　Whether it’s Summer or Winter, Karma always wears a black cardigan. In the Summertime he rolls up the sleeves, to adjust to the heat.

　　It’s a simple coordination, but his layering of the clothes and fit silhouette are perfect. There’s no place that sticks out unnecessarily.

　　(TN: In other words she means that Karma wears clothes with clothing sizes that fit him exactly even with layered clothes, giving him a very smooth silhouette.)

　　Character Relationships

　　- Shiota Nagisa (addressed as Nagisa-kun) -

　　Their relationship have been good since 1st year. Because of his suspension in the 2nd year, there is the sense that they drifted apart a bit. Nagisa is the only one who has seen the house that Karma and his parents, with their odd interests, live at.

　　- Asano Gakushuu (addressed as Asano-kun) -

　　Any conversation they have carries an air of competitiveness. Becoming friends is a distant though, but seeing as their potentials match, they hate losing, and they have the ability to stir up their own strengths, it can only be described that they are the perfect opponents.

　　- Okuda Manami (addressed as Okuda-san) -

　　To Karma, Okuda is the girl he can talk anything about with. Okuda has also gradually become less scared of the scary stuff. Thus, Karma’s cautious heart and sense of distance dissipated.

　　- Terasaka Ryoma (addressed as Terasaka) -

　　Doesn’t know how to approach Terasaka, who is simply full of strength. Appreciates his stubbornness.

　　- Nakamura Rio (addressed as Nakamura) -

　　Conversation partners with matching mentalities, and since their breadth of words and knowledge are similar, their topics can jump from candy to world economics in 3 seconds.

　　- Sugino Tomohito (addressed as Sugino) -

　　A friend introduced via Nagisa. With his straightforward, hot-blooded sporty image, the three of them can converse naturally with one another.

　　Because he’s worried about the haphazard Karma, Isogai takes the initiative to caution him. Karma doesn’t seem to be used to Isogai’s kindness.

　　Her gaming talent is a surprise for Karma, and because she has a confidence like she is better than everyone, he’s always wanted to play even one match against Kanzaki-san (ie see whose better).

　　- Sugaya Sousuke (addressed as Sugaya) -

　　Even now, there are some in Class E who are still afraid of Karma. That’s why students-who-want-to-tease-and-Tsukkomi-him-a-little-but-decided-to-back-away such as Sugaya are common.

　　Because his parents are fairly wealthy from day trading (financial stuff), they have become “free people”. They spend most of the year travelling and rarely stay at home. Their motto is “if you want to do something, do it immediately” and so forth. They may not be at home, but from Karma’s personality that’s very apparent.

　　His hands are fast from being challenged often, and because everyday brings with it a new argument, he always maintains a wild and cautious heart. His usual aloofness is meant to mask this, and he puts in effort to make sure the opposition doesn’t see this.
